CertaPro worked with the owner to coordinate a complex logistics plan to paint the building and parking lot strips around the traffic. The building is located on a busy intersection so ensuring cars and passersby would not be affected was a challenge. Many types of yellow paints fade rapidly outside but our knowledge of the appropriate products will ensure the longest life possible with the color scheme selected.

The owner of the store was happy that we did not interrupt his business and got quite a few accolades from other local business and customers.

Bridge over troubled waters

CertaPro worked with a local Home Owners Association ("HOA") to come up with a solution for a very tricky situation. The community bridge was in desperate need of attention. It had been neglected for years and was peeling heavily and showing corrosion.

The challenge with this situation was to fully protect the pond below, which was deemed a sanctuary. CertaPro presented several solutions and came up with the most "eco-friendly" and cost effective solution to protect the preserve without breaking the bank. We got a lot of compliments on the diligence of the crew members.
